Derek Reddicks  
Independent Living Skills Case Manager

Derek is a Case Manager with our Independent Living Skills Program. He graduated in 2006 with a degree in Communications and a minor in African American Studies. After graduation, Derek worked as a Youth Counselor and Residential Advisor. He later returned home to Tacoma.

Grace Scartaccini  
Transitional Living Skills Program Case Manager

Grace has a BA in Psychology and years of experience working with youth. She is the Case Manager for our Transitional Living Program.

Holly McGuire-Shride  
Foster Care Program Case Manager

Holly graduated with a BS in Social Services and has been with Pierce County Alliance since January of 2001.

Kathy Bannon  
Youth Services Coordinator

Kathy has over 20 years of experience working with youth in a variety of roles ranging from direct service to her current role as our Youth Services Coordinator.

Kelly Jensen 
Foster Care to College Program Coordinator

Kelly received her BA from UW Tacoma in 1999. She has worked with youth in a variety of capacities including outreach with the California Public School system; Care Coordinator at Shriners Hospital for Children; and secondary school teacher in South America.

Maureen Mahannah  
Foster Home Licensor & SETuP Program

Maureen has worked at Pierce County Alliance since 2000. Maureen has experience providing direct trainings for foster parents and enjoys assisting families through the foster home licensing process.

Samantha Garcia  
Youth Services Supervisor II

Samantha has worked at Pierce County Alliance since 1997. She has supervised the Foster Care Program for over 7 years and is also the supervisor for the ILS Program. She has a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is dedicated to utilizing the strengths of the children and families we serve.
