Foster Care Program 
The Pierce County Alliance Foster Care Program licenses families and individuals to care for children ages 0-18 who have been placed in temporary foster care. Pierce County Alliance has been serving families and children in Pierce and Kitsap Counties for over 20 years. Independent Living Skills (ILS) Program

Independent Living Skills (ILS) Program 
THE RESOURCE CENTER IS NOW OPEN

The PCA Resource Center is now up and running. All youth and young adults enrolled in our programs have been mailed a calendar with the dates and times of classes and events. If you are not enrolled, CALL NOW to learn more about our services.

Independent Youth Housing Program (IYHP)

Independent Youth Housing Program (IYHP) 
Independent Youth Housing Program secures housing for youth aging out of foster care with case management and financial assistance. The goal is to help prepare foster youth to become independent and self sufficient so that over time youth will be less dependent on state assistance. Responsible Living Skills Program (RLSP)

Responsible Living Skills Program (RLSP) 
The Responsible Living Skills Program (RLSP) is a residentially based independent living program for foster youth with an emphasis on personal decision making and competency in several life skill areas.


Transitional Living Program (TLP)

Transitional Living Program (TLP) 
The Transitional Living Program is designed to assist youth during the critical period between the time they leave foster care until they reach age 21. Our mission is to help them become independent and self-sufficient adults.

We link them to resources within the community and help to get them started down the right path to reach their full potential.
